Dunkin' - Poland

I'm only visiting because of gift cards. I enjoy simple black coffee and have no interest in the trendy lattes or flavored drinks. I usually buy donuts, but for the past three weeks, they’ve been old and dry. It's no surprise they removed "Donuts" from their name. Today, I also got a couple of Everything bagels that looked more like flattened baseballs. When I requested them to be sliced so I could toast them at home, the top slice came out nearly 1.5 inches thick while the bottom was barely 3/8 of an inch. I had to use a toaster oven to toast both sides at once. Overall, my experience has been disappointing. DUNKIN, you need to do better!

I ordered a hot dirty chai on a chilly, windy day, but it arrived in a hot drink cup and was completely cold. It seemed like they just added the espresso shot and topped it off with refrigerated chai mix to fill the cup. I was quite disappointed with this drink.

I love Dunkin' Donuts coffee and bagels, but my experience at this particular location was disappointing. The employees usually are fantastic, but on Monday, October 31, 2022, I encountered a rude staff member at the drive-thru. She mixed up most of the orders and accidentally charged me for someone else's meal. When I received my coffee, I asked about my breakfast sandwich, and she insisted I hadn't ordered one. When I confirmed that I had, her response was dismissive; she said she would have to ring it up again and would just refund me for the overcharge, wishing me a good day. Historically, I've had great experiences at the Poland location, but this visit showed a lack of professionalism.

I?m disappointed. I arrived five minutes before close to get food for my organization, but the drive through operator said they threw everything away already so that they could close. I understand everyone wants to leave and the day was almost finished;however, why post that you?re open until 11? It?s frustrating to promise your team something, but then fail to deliver becausepeople want to go home early.

It's usually a hit or miss on the donut quality here. But today was a big miss. I got a dozen donuts and they were all very soggy. Yep soggy. Gross....no more dunkin for me.
