The food is prepared in an open kitchen so I felt comfortable eating raw salad, which isn’t always the case in Nepal. Updated from previous review on 2019-10-24
We popped into Ayurvedico a couple times for coffee and a piece of raw mango cake. The coffee was very good and the cake, which is served very chilled, was tasty a little like having an ice cream cake. The cafe has seating with lake views and is very open and airy. We didn’t try their savoury dishes, but they have some vegan friendly options.
It's good and this place is health conscious with regards to different plant milks, different grained breads, etc. It's open till 6pm but the menu is limited to more breakfast and light snacks vibes.
Nice little cafe with a good selection of vegan options. I tried the hummus which was served with sourdough bread. I also had the vegan mango cake. I really enjoyed the food but found the mango cake a bit pricey.
I went their almost every day during my stay in Pokhara. Nice place, the choice of colour and furnitures of the restaurant are beautiful and simple, and they have a nice floor sitting area. The open kitchen is sparkling clean and you can see the staff cooking. We ordered the soup of the day, buckwheat bread, Buddha bowl, vegan brownie, amazing raw vegan cakes(one cacao and one mango) The food was kind of perfect: healthy, tasty and properly prepared with care. The service staff was really nice and smiling, this place have a very positive energy and they are definitely passionate by making healthy food, delicious and beautiful. They have a lot of poster explaining more about ayurvedic medicine. Also they have very clean toilets. Only down thing is that it's a bit too pricey for vegan plantmilk, minimun 150 so for example the chai tea at 150/glass become 300/glass. Also it would be nice if they was serving tea pot and not only per glass. But beside that the food is really good and made with love an care and worth the price
