Le Palais de la Pizz' - Poitiers

Probably my favorite pizzeria on Poitiers. Certainly, they are not pizzas with a Neapolitan pate, but the pate is good and digest, and the garnish is made with quality ingredients. The cooking is nestled in the wood fire. And the staff is really nice! There are more fancy pizzerias on Poitiers, but for me it brings together the human side and quality! rates are in the standard.

Those who write Poitiers' best pizza know nothing about pizza or then are dishonest. Pizzas are bad, no edges, badly cooked despite an oven of very basic champions and ingredients, just look at the pictures to judge (for people who have already eaten good pizzas in their lives).
