Sand Trap - Pocatello

Although it’s a bit off the beaten path, I wish I hadn’t waited so long to try this place. The burger I ordered was undoubtedly one of the best I've ever had. My wife also enjoyed her Greek Salad, which was excellent. The meat was tender and packed with flavor, and the dressing was a lovely tangy vinaigrette that paired perfectly with the other ingredients. We will definitely be returning! If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would!

I decided to take a drive one Saturday and happened to stop by this restaurant. It was a delightful surprise! The portions were generous, the burgers were fantastic, and everything was cooked to perfection. The nachos were massive and absolutely delicious. It's definitely worth a quick detour from the highway. The best part? The prices were unbeatable. A fantastic value overall!

The food is delicious, and the service is outstanding. It's a family-friendly place, especially during dinner time. You can choose between indoor and outdoor seating, and they can also accommodate larger groups with prior notice. If you try just one thing, make sure it's the Spicy Feta Dip with Pita—it's not overly spicy but packed with incredible flavor. The burgers are also fantastic!

I've been to the Sand trap many many times and the food service was great. Been about 6 months since I ate there so a group of friends and I stopped by for some food and drinks. What happened to the cooks there? We decided to try the pretzelappetizer and it came out frozen. They brought us another one...it was really warm on parts and cold on other parts. Weird.One of us ordered a Reuben which tasted like rubber sticks of corned beef. Another ordered a patty melt. Nope. It wasn't. Sentit back to the cook and he said that that was a patty melt. Look at the picture. That is NOT a patty melt. We were so hungrythat we would have eaten a sandwich from a gas station at that point. So we stopped questioning the obvious screw up infoods...ate and left. Disappointed. The gas station sounded better. Hope it goes back to how it was.

We loved this place!! We could bring our dog on the patio. The food was so delicious and Tommy was our server and he was terrific! Would come back here all the time if we lived here. Just passing through but would totally recommend this place!Loved it, the staff and the food!
