Papa Johns Pizza - Pocatello

As a diabetic, I really appreciate the Papa Bowls they offer, which are essentially pizzas without the crust. They provide all the delicious flavor of pizza without the high carbs. I highly recommend them!

The staff was fantastic and incredibly friendly. My pizza was outstanding! I'm visiting from out of town and accidentally left my wallet behind. When I rushed back hours later, a kind individual had turned it in to the staff. I wish I could thank them personally, as they truly saved me!

Excellent experience! When I called, they tried to suggest additional items, but they were very nice and friendly about it. At many other places, I often have to request extra cheese, but here I didn't need to—a generous amount was already included. I received exactly what I ordered, and the delivery was quick and courteous. Everything was served hot and fresh.

I have tried to order pizza 2 times in the last year by phone and online. Both times they ended up not fulfilling my order which was a huge inconvenience when I went to pick them up. I love papa John?s pizza but will never try to order from this locationagain.

Ordered online within a minute got a phone call saying the didn't have the right size dough for my order. When I asked if they would be making more, was told no. When I asked if they would make it the next size up for no charge, was told no. Icould either cancel or pay a difference. Employee was rude and I just canceled rather then even deal any further with the rudeemployee. Why would a pizza place not have dough on a Friday night?
