Butterburr's - Pocatello

This is my second negative review because nothing has improved since my first visit. The prices continue to rise while the portions become smaller. During my recent takeout, they forgot to include the cheese that was supposed to be there, and I didn't receive the honey dip either. I see the manager is around, likely due to the good reviews, but he doesn't address complaints or try to resolve any issues.

The customer service was excellent, as usual. My main concern, however, is that the prices are quite steep. I understand the reasoning behind this, but the portion sizes have decreased significantly. I had an early breakfast dish that was served in a nice black bowl previously, but this time it was presented in a smaller gray dish. If I'm paying more, I expect the portion to remain consistent.

The service here is excellent, and the cookies and gravy are the best I've had in years! Unfortunately, I don't have any photos since I was too busy enjoying the softest cookies I've ever tasted, along with a tasty piece of fried ham steak and a delicious egg that was freshly picked. I also enjoyed a glass of ABI. Highly recommend!

Great customer service! clean restaurant. good prices and portions of food. good quality always fresh and top notch! which highlights butterburs is her brote! I bless them absolutely. yum! they have brote, twists and the salads are big. you're not starving!

Fantastic breakfast and friendly employees! Mason is one of the best servers that we've ever had at ANY restaurant! We live in Blackfoot but Butterburr's is definitely worth the drive for great food!
