The dining experience was excellent and the staff were very welcoming.
I believe you are referring to Peggy Sue's Fry Truck. They offer a large poutine and plenty of seagulls flying around.
I am impressed by this fry truck. eating is great, the pommes are exceptional and not waiting too long.
The fish and chips are excellent!
