Chipotle Mexican Grill

This Chipotle location was the worst I have ever been to. I ordered guacamole but instead of letting me know they were out of stock, they placed a napkin in my bag saying "no guac" and still charged me for it. The burrito bowl was meager and inedible because the rice was undercooked and hard.

This particular Chipotle is terrible because they never seem to get your order right.

I had two terrible orders in a row from this restaurant. I will not be ordering from here again. My burrito was smaller than the sticker they put on it. It had no rice, vegetables, or sauce. They simply threw whatever chicken was left into a tortilla and called it a day. It was a complete joke.

I would absolutely give this place 0 stars if I could. there was NO steak in my burrito bowl or veggies , all hot items I asked for werent in my bowl. the toppings portions are ridiculous. barely any toppings. the worst order Ive ever received. Dont order from here unless its in person because they treat DoorDash orders poorly.

This was the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The grill was dirty and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The staff couldn't even properly roll and fold my burrito. Another customer at my table saw a fly in the corn mix, and when they brought it to the attention of the staff, they denied it and simply pushed the fly further into the mix. I was disgusted to see brown lettuce and the thought of a dead fly in my food made me lose my appetite. The food standards here are unacceptable.
