Benihana Plymouth Meeting

Truly not a good time this time around unfortunately a cook was let go on the spot and we waited an hour and half for a cook. Normal a good experience but this time went left

Made reservations for didn’t get seated until just to eat the appetizers and actually got seated at to eat dinner but never had a waiterwaitress ask for drinks or want we wanted to eat. Talk to the Manager Marvin he was no help at all and the his GM was there and was also no help. We also seen people who came after us seated before us with dinner before us. We didn’t get a chef until and we didn’t even get the show everybody else got

Because it was late and about to close the waitress was rushing us to place our order. The chef Angel was amazing. Very energetic and made our food with love. Other then the waitress our experience was GREAT

We had a appointment we didn’t get seated in had to wait on another party to come before we could place an order they where late so we didn’t get to order until almost an hour after our appointment we was not told we had to look at the menu on our phones so we was rushed to place our order

The staff was so polite and helpful. We had a pm reservation and waited maybe mins, if that for our tablegrill. Due to there were only people at the table which was great and the menus were online. They should incorporate both of these new precautions into the restaurant even after the pandemic. The waiter gave us some great drink options to choose from and he was personable. The food was great and our chef, Emmitt Smith not to be confused with the pro baller, was hilarious. The food was so good and we left stuffed. Everything was perfect
