Taco Bell - Plymouth

This restaurant needs to improve their quesadilla-making skills. They are stingy with portions and do not live up to the Taco Bell brand. I only come here out of necessity when I am hungry after a long day of work with no break. The food never meets my expectations.

I ordered food from Plymouth Taco Bell and when I got home, my entire order was wrong. The tacos had ingredients I specifically asked to be left off, and there were other items on them that I didn't want. Even though I asked for sauces twice, they were not included. This happened to me twice now, and each time my order was completely wrong. I will never go back to this Taco Bell again. It's disappointing that I donated to them both times, what a rip off.

After work, I had the best Taco Bell experience ever at this location. Ky'la helped us at the drive-thru and provided exceptional customer service. She was kind, polite, and double-checked our order to ensure we got everything we asked for. I will definitely be coming back to this location for the outstanding customer service and quick delivery.

Auful services and food throwing food around smoking. Very slow service, I will eat at this resturarant again

On 12/17/2023 approximately 3 pm. I ordered a Chicken Chalupa at the drive thru. When paying all I had was a $20. The lady the window said they didn't have change. Then she said Merry Christmas and paid for my Chalupa. Thank You!
