On 12/11/23 I visited the Plymouth nc kfc the cashier was very unprofessional and had a very nasty attitude. I asked for a sweet tea I got unsweetened instead wings were cold hard. I doubt I will ever go back. This isn’t the first bad experience with employees food at the establishment. U really need to train your employees better or get some with better attitudes including managers.
Employee with headset was smoking just outside entry door by drive thru.
This stores management is striving hard to create a great place to stop for KFC and TACO Bell. I would not have given this rating past 2 years ago. Keep up the good work.
Had the soft taco supremes, food was good, service ok, not the friendliest place I have been to.
