Jimmy John's - Plymouth

This Jimmy Johns is brilliant, hands down one of the best I've ordered. I delivered the wrong sandwich to me and they composed my next order. When I called a few days later to claim my free sandwich, they remembered me and honored the free sandwich plus gave me a free soda I offered to pay. You were so nice on the phone. I'll always order them. Thank you.

I love jjs, but this is ****. I live about 2 minutes away, but still drive them into the golden tallage, because it is so much better. tacky hours, moderate sandwich prep (superlight on sauces, hard on salat, construction quality is missing), slower than most jjs, and standoffish worker to complete it.

I waited for 40 minutes for a sandwich before I had to go so I wasn't late for the work, it was said that they wouldn't erase the command. I was charged for the food I never came back. I have said several times by e-mail to companies that the load owner has reached something has not heard. this location is operated by a clown.

Worse than jimmy john’s. mülldienst and they get the commands of men from the command. Some people wait 3min while others wait over 20min. would give negative stars if I could. the entire staff is incapable and rude.

At the beginning my order took almost an hour. I understand understaffing, maybe so many routes and orders. it was probably about 40-45 minutes waiting for it. forget about additional toppings I had paid, I only have meat. I didn't think I could get it or anything else I asked. no Mayo packages as it is on the input that I asked for extra mayo and provolone. I understand that they may be busy, forget or just hurry. but really not the best experience.
