Firehouse Subs Glacier Lane - Plymouth

I was charged $16 and some cents for my meal, plus additional costs for food waste, because the staff member decided not to provide an extra item for my sandwich just 30 minutes before closing. This reflects a lack of customer service experience.

The food tasted cheap and was served quickly, but the portions were extremely small. I wouldn't recommend this place, as I was quite disappointed.

I prefer Firehouse Subs compared to other places because I get more meat and toppings. For me, it's one of the better sub shop chains. If you're looking for more bread than fillings or if you like softer rolls, this might not be the place for you. The broth is tasty, and the flavors are great. I'll definitely return once I find some time.

Firehouse canceled a $400 order and still took the money and refused to give it back. rose and scott are very respectless and both should be fired. I'm sorry. in the e-mail answer they say they spend a refund as fast as possible, but on google, what in the proverb is completely wrong. So I am lying or no and if I lie, please tell us all how much was the refund check for or should I post the bank statement?

Great sandwiches! Have not had one I didn't like and I try a different one every visit.
