Chipotle Mexican Grill - Plymouth

The food here is always excellent. However, it was quite noisy, and the volume of the music made it difficult to hear the staff. Additionally, the dining area was very dirty, and they had run out of some items on the menu.

This restaurant consistently got my order wrong. If they prefer to go the extra mile to another place, I would recommend it. I also paid separately for chips, but the cashier didn’t include them in the bag. I only realized this after I got home.

This place has really gone downhill. The food was cold, the dining area was dirty, and the service took forever.

I have ordered at least three times the takeover in the last 4 years, and it seems that this particular location has challenges with recruitment, personal and management. they have a very disorganized pick-up procedure for picking up the pick-up: the normal rule used by most Chipotle locations to bring the finished pick-up orders into the stage is used for restaurant equipment and computer equipment (see photo). they do not verbally call the names on completed orders that sleep in the back, outside the wide range of customers, and they do not seem to have the personal capacity to help them in seeking their order, or even to welcome customers waiting for 20 to 30 minutes. my best advice for each author is flexible with their expectation to be a pick-up time. for example, if you want to pick up food at 16:30 a.m., order a pickup at 4 a.m. at 15:30 a.m. at 18 o'clock or 18:30 o'clock, order a pick-up time of 7 o'clock if they want their food at 7:30 o'clock. plan on, and plan to reheat their take-out food at home when they are somehow able to prepare it in time. this place has required 30 to 45 minutes to prepare all three of my takeout orders.

This is my third update for this location:I've been eating Chipotle for nearly 20 years and still love it. I don't know what's going on with this location but the portion sizes are very hit and miss. On rare occasion I've had normal sized burritos but normally they are on the small side. Today, we ordered our normal three burrito order, one was small and two were at best half of a normal size. All of the other locations in the area are consistent with normal sized burritos. Even though this is the closest location to my house, I won't be going back. I'm done compromising portion size to save driving 5 more minutes.
