Caribou Coffee - Plymouth

After receiving a follow-up from the anonymous customer support team addressing my negative review, I reconsidered my initial 2-star rating of Caribou Coffee. Despite realizing that Caribou Coffee may not be my preferred choice, I decided to give it a more objective rating of five stars. The limited menu selection, affordable prices, and watered-down drinks are all characteristics that fit well within the expectations of this type of establishment. My experience ordering a small light roast called "Jassir" resulted in receiving a small dark roast coffee that was much stronger than anticipated. The coffee was served in a low-quality mug that felt flimsy and caused my drink to spill. Additionally, the $2 small milk I ordered for my toddler came in a package similar to a fountain drink, implying cost-saving measures on the part of the establishment. While it was interesting to try Caribou Coffee for the first time in Minnesota, the overall experience left me feeling like I had just made a purchase at Walmart.

This caribou is my top choice. The service is outstanding! Even though I occasionally like Starbucks drinks, I always prefer to visit this caribou because of the staff. Debbie, one of the baristas, greets me by name every time I walk in, genuinely cares about me, and always remembers my order or recommends something new when I'm feeling bored with my usual drink! I highly recommend this caribou over any other options in the area.
