Buffalo Wild Wings - Plymouth

Service is good. Foods are okay. The Caeser salad is not really good. The chicken is salty and the sauce has an odd sour taste. Don't recommend it.

I’m only giving it a 2 because I’ve been a new server too. I’m really hoping she was a new server with the horrible service we received tonight. Our wings were barely warm, whatever. I was going to let her know when she came back around to check on us but that didn’t happen. Once we finished our food she saw I was looking around and FINALLY came to give us our check and all she said was “here’s this for whenever you are ready.” I get we all have to start somewhere but maybe don’t have someone who can’t handle more than 4 tables as a closer?? The servers name was Deidra??

My family has been going to this location of BW3 for years. We live nearby and root for an out of market football team, so this is our best option for football. We never regret it. The staff are courteous, polite and helpful. They are usually quick to notice things like empty drink cups, menus down (ready to order) and the like. Many even recognize us week to week (and some year to year) and help us with ordering, being ready to watch the games , or just joking around. We also eat there during the rest of the year, but those are usually take out orders. The food is still good, and while there were occasional errors, it’s been a year or more since the last mistake.

Our visit was okay. Server was nice and kept coming over to check on us. Our food took forever. My husband got his food right away and then was almost done by the time the rest of us got our food. Food was pretty good. It was like not cold not warm if that makes sense.
