The bathroom is dirty. Food is old. Chicken is cold. The cook looked very dirty.

Friendly service, everything was just as ordered and tasted great.

The food was hot and good. The line was a little long, but I'll attribute that to the quality and popularity of the food. It doesn't matter what time I pass through. If they are open, they are busy.

Fast and friendly. Food was as expected. Only downside is the bathrooms are outdated. Can't wash your hands without hitting the sink.

I got the family tail gate meal with 8 pieces of chicken and 12 chicken supremes with 3 sides. I also added an extra gravy for 2.49$ that I did not receive. I only got 7 pieces of chicken and 11 chicken supremes. I paid 52$ and got shorted all around. Food itself was good, they just don't know how to count. Be wary and count your pieces of chicken!
