My Place Burger - Plovdiv

Burger and Pasta. Let's start with burgers. For me personally, these are the best burgers in Plovdiv. First I went for double bourbon because of double meat, but after a while I changed for the liter Jack this is really a treasure. Especially if you're a cheese lover like me. You make them patties very good, but you should tell them when you order if you want something different than well done. This is a cultural moment here because most locals make it well or even eat over baked food... Quality and quantity are both great. Taste and vision at a very high level. About pasta good pasta is good. Unlike the Pattys, they try the pasta right al dente, which again is not the best option for the locals, so again if you order just mention how you like it. I'm going for the Genovese Pasta and I really like it. If there is something I can recommend to the crew, this is to ask more questions to their customers. Questions like How do you like your Patty rare, medium rare, well made? is a must like it for the pasta Do you like it? These questions are sometimes very important for the good review and the feedback at the end. And this is very good practice abroad. Absolutely fantastic burger place! The man gave me a taste of the rose before I bought it. And then he made the most beautiful cheeseburger joy that I finished super fast! I wish I knew about this place before I would go every day. Staff speak perfectly English and are very friendly.

Burgers are nicely prepared and delicious (I had the big boy Burger, served in chic pop-out boxes: and with smiles. Really good. Also the best Czech beer Bernard is there!

Delicious Burgers! Only complaint is they are literally dripping with goodness. They would benefit to use a parchment paper to help hold ut together. Otherwise amazing and perfect for when you are craving a real burger- on homemade buns!

The burgers are delicious, the drinks are refreshing and the staff are some of the nicest and friendliest people I've ever met! 10/10 WILL definitely come back here even if I have no business in Plovdiv.
