La Descente des Marins

Lesconil and it’s little Port are postcard worthy. But not complete without the adjacent bar. This is it. La Descente makes it perfect. Here we relax after a day at the beach or after returning from along walk along the cost. The beer is local (as is the cola ; and the cafe hot and strong. Say high to Anne for us and enjoy! Ps. Inside or under the glass roof you can always hide from the rain breton !

Basic menu other than crepes which has a huge variety. Basically meat or seafood. The seafood was very nice and at €9 good value. Worth a visit.

LOve this place, lovely simple menu with great food and lovely crepe's !!!!. Staff are wonderful and speak a little english but again,try your french they love it when you atleast try. A lovely place to have a few drinks, surrounded by locals with a bowl of moule an frites overlooking the small harbour on a sunny evening. then pop next door for a large portion of Chi Chi's for the walk home.

Si le personnel ne veut pas bosser, qu'ils reste chez lui ou change de voie, grosse moue quand on veut partager l'addition (ce qui a pas été possible dailleurs) alors qu'ils sont loin d'etre dans le rush. Prix assez stratosphériques en terrasse. On ira ailleurs pour terminer les Défis, ça c'est clair, je comprends pourquoi c'etait blindé à côté.
