The hotel is in the center of Pliska next to a large square, there is a place to park. The staff were extremely friendly, a great warm welcome and send off. The food is good. Rooms also fit. I can't comment on the food. When the waiter came, we asked him what he would recommend, and he replied that he didn't bother explaining to look at the menu. Well, we looked, got up and left.
