My 86-year-old dad and 80-year-old Mom has been frequenting this restaurant for over 20 years. Their quality of food and service has gone down drastically. My parents got there for late lunch around 130p and they were served recycled. pre-eaten rice with remnants of sauce and part of rice that been scooped up by another spoon. It was clearly rice that was previously served and partially eaten by a previous customer. when my parents let the service staff know about this, they took the rice back put a little bit extra rice on top of the original rice bowl, and served it back to them. my parents felt mistreated and disgusted they had to just leave right away. They weren't even apologetic. Needles to say walked out and vowed they will never go back to Sato ever again. Please explain yourselves!!!!
