Jamba Juice - Pleasanton

I had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant on April 24th at 1:48 PM. There was only one woman working, and she left the door unlocked, leaving the place open. When she finally came out of the bathroom, she began yelling at me for simply saying hello and for looking around the corner. The customer service was terrible. I chose to leave without saying anything because I am pregnant, but I believe she should be reported to her manager.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The staff completely ignored customers who walked in to place their orders. I stood by the cash counter for 15 minutes without being acknowledged, only to find out that their orange juice squeezer was broken! I'm very disappointed with the service.

I received outstanding customer service from everyone at this restaurant. I placed a mobile order and wanted to use my BOGO card, but they struggled to figure it out after I had already paid. Despite that, they made an effort to assist me. They informed me about Thirsty Thursdays and encouraged me to return to use my card in-store. When I came back, I was impressed to see that they had done their homework and figured out how to apply my BOGO card, even though I had placed a mobile order. Great job!

It's always nice to drink one of these, very tasty, fresh and made with real fruits

Had a very bad experience here on 4/24/2019. The staffer shouted on us just because one of my friends checked on when the drinks would be available just because we ordered online. She could have told us the same thing with basic courtesy. ReallyRUDE !! . Treat customers well should be first lesson in their training !
