They gave us bread with our order but it was stale and practically cold. The food was good but too spicy for my liking and I was not able to enjoy it. I wish they would have mentioned the spiciness of their food before hand either verbally or on the menu.
Everything is delicious! We usually order the chicken thigh kabob (served with beautifully cooked, flavorful rice and fresh salad) and the sabzi (spinach stew). The chicken is juicy and tender, and the flavors are on point. Oh yeah, and the bread is crispy, soft, and also delicious. The portions are generous. I was able to share the plate with my young daughter.
Amazing food, customer service is a 10/10, family owned and operated- you can tell they take pride in what they cook!
It’s such a pleasant surprise to see a halal restaurant in a shopping mall. The food is decent, specially their Chapli Kabab. Overall, a good experience!
I have loved coming to this place for a while especially for their pink kashmiri tea. Usually, my mother and I have come at times that are not too busy. Today (a Saturday) around 4pm, I noticed we were the last of the guests to be served. I was a little appalled as most of the families that arrived after us were served immediately but we had to wait 45 minutes for our food and over an hour for our teas (although we were asked and specified that the teas come with food). Its important to note that the families that received immediate service were Afghani and spoke the native languages of the restaurant staff. My pakistani family and another indian family had to wait quite a while. I do not want to hint at racism here but this was very disappointing behavior. I will think twice before coming again.
