Burger King - Pleasanton

I would have given 5 stars if my fries didn't taste like they had been sitting for a while because my delivery was quick. Other than that, everything else was great.

The entire order was the wrong size and my fries were missing, shaking my head. And for the price I paid.

We ordered two Large Cheeseburger Meals, but instead received two small cheeseburgers or junior burgers from the $1 menu, along with four small orders of fries. The large drinks that were supposed to come with the meal were included.

Items are always missing when ordered from this location not sure if the people just dont read order or dont care but very displeasing when you oder something and never receive what you want.

I waited a long time for my order of a burger at the window. There were two women working, one of them took my bag and placed it back on the shelf. Finally, the other woman took it and handed it to me. When I asked why the first woman didn't give it to me, she explained that it wasn't my order. I then realized it must have been mine. I then asked the blonde woman to add mayo to my burger, but she misunderstood and put it on top instead of inside. When I questioned her about it, she seemed uninterested. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth, and I will not be returning to this restaurant again.
