Wow, this place is a gem! Ordered four drinks (Strawberry Mango Milk Tea, SALTED Caramel, and the Vietnamese Bambu Favorite dessert #10) today and I was blown away! Had the hot fresh Pandan waffle as well, it did not disappoint. Will definitely go back for more in the coming months!

The drinks taste pretty good, but my main issue is that the price of the drinks are absurdly high. the size of the drinks are really small, and the problem is only exacerbated by the fact they LEAVE A LARGE GAP OF AIR AT THE TOP OF THE DRINK.

Glad I was able to find one in a remote area like the Liv, but all four ches we ordered were watered down like tequila shots served at the inclusive resorts. Not the best offer we got from a Bambu shop; maybe blame it on the crazy hot recent days..

After a hot, sweltering day shopping at the nearby Outlet mall, we desperately needed something refreshing to cool us down. We stopped by the Pacific Pearl mall for some food, and noticed Bambu nearby. The store itself is very clean, air conditioned, with plenty of indoor seating available. There was no wait when we arrived at 3pm on a Thursday, and our order was ready in about 5mins. For our drink, we opted to try the Lychee Fruit Tea w/ boba. What really surprised us about the Lychee Fruit Tea, was that it actually came with several whole pieces of lychee inside the drink! Although a bit lighter in taste than I am use to, and the boba mushier in texture than I would prefer, the drink was definitely made with fresh ingredients. And the basil seeds mixed in offered a nice touch. Service was very friendly, but portion sizes are on the smaller end. Free parking is readily available in the private lot outside.

Bambu never disappoints! every once in a while on a hot day, my mom craves bambu and now that we've had this location open for a couple of years, it has become her new go-to spot when it comes to creamy and refreshing desserts! Be sure to check out their extensive menu to make sure that you get everything you want in your chè, my mom's favorites are the taro lover and bambu combo! I will admit, I'm personally not a fan of chè so I end up getting the smoothies and they are just as creamy and refreshing! Sometimes I'll get their boba and it hardens from the icyness of the smoothie if I don't drink it fast enough, but the boba itself is neutral and not sweet!
