Watery americano coffee. Gluten-free product’s outrageous prices.Finally. Place has a school cafeteria smell. Clean but it puts you off.Went out of our way to come here on this business trip. Mistake.

The coffee is fine enough, but ultimately they try to be more Starbucks than tasty. The food is all pre packaged frozen stuff from West Virginia. The staff barely acknowledges you.Food: 2/5

Coffee is good. Atmosphere is dead. No background music, really? The barista that took my order was courteous, but not at all friendly. They were busy filling other orders, but they should have acknowledged that I was there. You know, be with you in a minute. Thanks for waiting. They could learn a thing or two about customer service. Was also disappointed in the muffin I got.

Stopped here to shelter from a.m. rain. Peaceful music, comfortable atmosphere, and their coffee is better than anything I could ever brew. I didn 't sample the food, though it looks yummy.My personal aside: Ever hear that Cream song Strange Brew ? I just looked up the lyrics on YouTube Music and they are slightly different from what I thought I heard for years
