Mcdonald's - Pleasant Hills

Have not been to McDonald?s in years. This location was very good. Long line at drive through but went through quick. Woman taking order and checkout was well spoken and got the order correct. I have worked in food service 35 yrs. For one person to handle 2 drive thru?s and expedite like this is very good. Thank you.

This 5 Star is for Lexi who has incredible customer service. In 2020 it?s almost impossible to find quality customer service. Dealing with this young lady is a breath of fresh air. Thank you Lexi!!!!

The solution to 15 bucks a hour wage..automation!...at least the orders will be correct now.

McDonald's, what are you waiting for? Nothing special here for better or worse. One, we haven't had a real happy food toy for months! We get either nothing, or one of the 3 and under toys. My son is 7, and has become used to disappointment when we go to McDonald's I love her Mcribs, though! Too bad they rarely come back?

Dr. McDonald's Fast Food Franchises, I am deeply disappointed by the slow tormenting death of all day breakfast menu. Bacon egg and cheese biscuits are a comforter for me when my grandfather lived. He was my best friend. He left this world four years ago at the beginning of October. I just want to have this comfort in peace as a night man. There is no AM in my schedule.
