Boston Market - Pleasant Hill

I ordered 2 plates for 1 for a Christmas dinner with my mom. I was due to pick my order up at 1230pm. I saw they only had 2 people back there doing the best they could considering the circumstances. I saw their stress. I felt for them. I got my food it smells awesome. Just a reminder be kind to food service workers and retail workers. They get it from all ends day in day out. They work harder than ever especially during the holiday season. They remained calm as could be. Keep up the good work

Very unorganized place, NO customer service at all. People waiting in line more then hour and half for pickup there on line order for Thanksgiving.

Need better parking and SECURITY NOT FAIR to Long Term biz

Update, their roasted half chicken used to be $10.99 now is almost $20, the prime rib was $14.99 now is $24 dollars plus, the portions are smaller and the wait time is longer, definitely the prices have doubled , NOT worth the price

I ordered a chicken club sandwich. The briche bun was stale and hard on one end. They don't have ketchup. Nice polite counterperson, but it looks like they don't do alot of lunch service. Too bad. I once loved this place.
