Iceberg Drive Inn - Pleasant Grove

My LAST Iceberg shake ever! I have been enjoying shakes here for while, but today: The dinning area was dirty, no Air Conditioner, the shake was watery, flavorless, paid for brownie chunks but got none(now they blend it, they said), grasshopper is not green anymore nor taste any mint. This is NO shake anymore! Not coming back!

With only 2 cars in front of me, I thought things would go quickly. It was actually ridiculous how slow the service was. The server took my my payment without a word. He came back several minutes later with my card and food and said you are welcome. I thought it was odd as I hadn 't yet said a word. I ordered a Reese 's shake and it had very little flavor and was just vanilla with a few sprinkles. When I got towards the bottom I figured out why. All of the Reese 's were gooped together at the bottom. It was thick and waxy. I ended up throwing a third away it was so disgusting. The onion rings had great potential. But there tiny cup of sauce was only enough for one of the 5 slices and they had no salt on them at all. I saw I could have ordered more sauce for 50 cents per tiny cup. It would be great instead of wasting 2 cups for the shake, only use one and provide a reasonable amount of sauce. So instead of satisfying my shake craving it ruined it. It will be a long time before I ever go to Iceberg again, if ever.

Great food! BUT ? We got to the drive through on a Tuesday night at 9:30pm. Lobby was already closed. So we went through the drive through and sat outside at the tables. While we were there, They turned everyone else away at the drive through that were behind us and said they were closed at 9:45. Your hours say 10. Terrible customer service to cut out early and turn away 5 other cars before you are closed based on your sign.

Bad customer service and they gave me a burt corn dog drive thru so I couldn't return it just not as good as the one in salt lake over all poor

On the wall Cherry is spelled Cheery and that is a great metaphor for iceberg. The food is good, the shakes are ridiculously large which appeases us locals very well. The downside is they have 15 year olds behind the register who will mess up your order most likely once if not twice. The sides of fry sauce cost like .50. The drive through line takes a while but that?s what you get for going through a drive through after 6pm. You?ll see the dad staring down the staff until his ice cream arrives. It?s all Cheery, that?s the charm of iceberg. Give it a shot.
