Riu Waikiki: Pool Pool

Very good hotel and location. Stayed here for 10 nights with my partner, we went half bored so breakfast and dinner. Which we was glad we did as breakfast is pretty much same each day and not the best. The food does get very cold as left sitting there. But that’s what happens at most hotels especially buffet. Dinner was good, same sort of things just added new things each night. We didn’t go hungry. I do wish there was more options for desserts tho as I didn’t like much only ice cream machine when this was turned on. Definitely would of regretted going all inclusive. We did end up going out for breakfast and dinner a few times as was very bored of the food. Can’t fault the cleanliness of the whole hotel it’s spotless and cleaners do a great job in the rooms. You get a big bottle of water every day as well. Only thing we didn’t like was 2 single beds put together they slide all over the place when you move, really really annoying. I did request a double bed when I booked but looking at other reviews it looks like they only do 2 singles pushed together. Air con wasn’t great but we didn’t struggle to sleep we just left the key card in constantly and kept the room slightly cool. Good location. Staff are very nice and very police at reception can’t fault it really just a few little down sides but nothing major.

We spent a week at the hotel and had a lovely time. The rooms were a fair size and all have balconies. Ours looked out over the adult only area, town and down to the sea. Rooms were cleaned every day. Food was available all day up until around 10pm and there was loads of choice and all good quality. There are coffee machines, soft drink, wine and beer taps in the restaurant and bar areas so you can help yourself spirit's and cocktails are available from the 2 bar areas. We had entertainment every night and there were other activities going on during the day. The pool is a good size with loads of sun beds but we spent most of our time in the adult area which had a covered small heated pool with jacuzzi and again lots of sun beds. There is also a wellness centre there for massage, manicures etc. There is a shop on site but it is a little more expensive than the local shops. There is a complimentary bus shuttle to the beach but it is only a short walk. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.would recommend for families and couples.

Great hotel overall. Pool area is lovely with lots of sunbeds too. Being all inclusive there are lots of options for food and drink. There are lots of staff working hard to keep the hotel areas clean. Would recommend. Massive thanks Colleen Benne from the hotel entertainment they provided lots of entertainment during the day

Currently staying here at the Servatur Waikiki. Its mine and my boyfriends first time abroad together(18 y/o). We booked here as the prices were decent and the hotel look gorgeous online. Really happy with the hotel as a whole. The rooms are cleaned daily and includes a really cold refrigerator (great size too). The pool area is well kept and tidy, lovely pool too. The restaurant is great the staff are very friendly and the food offers a great variety for all tastes. The view from our room (8th floor) is to die for. The only thing i would mention is the poor air conditioning, it works and keeps the room coolish but not cold, although we do sleep well and doesnt bother us too much. Overall this hotel is amazing, we feel very accomodated here and the surrounding area has great bars and nightlife. Just a great stay.

Having a lovely stay at Servatur Waikiki, nice clean room, which is cleaned daily, stocked up with free bottles of water, food is good and plenty of choices. Good entertainment, bingo is free to win a bottle of prosecco. It has a lovely sized swimming pool and about a 10 minutes walk to the beach.
