Excellent, as always. Perfect accommodation and staff cannot be more helpful! We have stayed here before and are definitely looking forward to staying again. The staff are amazing, especially Carmen and Kevin plus everyone else who's names I can't remember as there are so many! Thank you for making our holiday and my birthday so special. Xx

I was staying alone at the Axel Beach hotel. As soon as I arrived, I was well received and warmly welcomed. We were told about the hotel's services and where there is something. Advice was given with my suitcase which was broken. The staff was always very friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was really good and a cleaner came every day. The apartment was big and I enjoyed my stay every day. The pool area was clean with many two pools and a sauna. The only minus in the apartment was the lack of hangers and the stiffness of the door. The door had to be banged separately for it to close. The location of the apartment is also a big plus. Very close to everything and easy to get from place to place. I would like to send a special thank you to Mari Carmen. She was super lovely and helpful every day. I plan to book my next holiday if I come to Ingeles at that hotel. Thank you!

Everything was excellent from the beginning to the end! The staff acted professionally at all times and every one was friendly, the room was spacious and it has everything you need. The pool is very well maintained and cleaned. I would definitely recommend.

Very enjoyable stay. Excellent room. Very comfortable King sized bed, nice view from balcony. Good cleaning done every day. Very helpful staff (e.g. provided an iron and ironing board, helped us find a late night pharmacy). Good breakfast. Very convenient location.

I was very happy with my stay. The hotel ticks all the boxes. Friendly, helpful staff. Apartment was spacious, and the bed was comfortable, but the room interiors feel dated. The bathroom was clean, functional and well supplied; however, shower has glass screen but no door, so water always splashes out and pools on bathroom floor. It was nice having a couch to use instead of sitting or lounging on the bed always. The pool area was very good, and nice that the breakfast dining area opened onto pool area. Breakfast was good. The hotel gym is very good and massage adjoining.
