I had to wait for my order and specifically asked if they had the original crispy strips and crispy chicken. The server confirmed they did, so I placed my order. However, when I reached the pick-up window, I was told they had neither the original nor the chicken strips. I was so frustrated, I just left.
We waited at least 10 minutes before anyone came to take our order. When they finally did, it was clear they were more focused on rushing through than actually providing good service. Manager, it's time to invest in better training and create a more pleasant working environment for your staff. The atmosphere was chaotic and nothing seemed to get done. While we understand this isn't fine dining and don't expect royal treatment, we do expect a minimum level of service. Additionally, we ordered several items, including the Mexican pizza, which was being advertised prominently, only to find out they were out of it. This location definitely needs improvement compared to other similar restaurants.
If you're looking for fast food and are willing to wait 20 minutes for your meal, this is the place for you. There were about six people waiting for their orders in the lobby, and I had to wait around 25 minutes for mine. Meanwhile, employees were walking out with food and taking breaks. This is by far the slowest fast food restaurant I've ever experienced!
LONG POST Order placed online for a 6:36 pm pick up We got there at 6:40 and waited over 40 min to get our order. We were then told that they didn't have enough available to make our sides mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw, 1 of each Then the manager comes frantic saying no no no we don't have your chicken... By this time waiting well over 45 min was ridiculous we just wanted our money refunded and we would take our business elsewhere, the manager was loudly adamant that they can't do anything about that on their side that we have to call corporate.. She offered to give us a free cake and a non sincere apology for the going on 1 hour wait for our food.. My son useto work at this kfc and I know they can do better BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME we have been here to get more than 1 or 2 items there were serious issues!! Something needs to be done with this whole operation from management all the way down because not 1 person seems to know what they are doing and it is destroying what could be a great fast food place... We ordered 8 tenders, 8 pieces of chicken, 1 mashed potatoes and gravy, 1 coleslaw,1 order fries, 8 biscuits and 1 free chicken sandwich by online order. That is it that is all, NOTHING complicated and nothing that should have taken an hour... As we were leaving I tried some of the food it was cold and the cold sides were mixed in with the hot foods, upon getting home the whole order was not there it was just a mess . We will not be returning customers to this location because it has only went way way down hill within the last couple years and I love kfc taco bell... There were about 8 cars in the drive through and 4 5 upset customers waiting inside because the horrible service... They had a hand full on people enter and wait to place an order with zero knowledge from staff who in turn turned around and walked out losing them a lot of business while we waited..
