Dunkin' - Plattsburgh

Good service. Standard fast food fare, I suppose, but they were able to serve me a non-dairy latte and a muffin.

The service it quick, the Manager Jenn really does a great job. That's why I and everyone else keep coming back. Now clone her and put her in all your shops!

The experience was disappointing as everything we ordered, from the bissiger speck to the roasted bagel, was served cold. Even the donut we had for dessert was stale. Thankfully, I had a gift certificate so at least it wasn't my own money wasted.

The service at this restaurant is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the donuts and coffee are always fresh! There is a wide variety of donuts to choose from on the menu.

The tables were all dirty and I had to clean them myself. The restaurant didn't seem particularly busy either.
