Dunkin' - Plattsburgh

The last 4 times I ordered an iced coffee with light ice. They put the normal amount of ice and I was treated rudely when I complained. Today they took my coffee back and when they brought it back there was no ice and just a little over 3/4 full. Tired of complaining I just left. When I went to drink my coffee I noticed dirt and lint in my coffee. I took it back and got a refund. So, if you want it their way, by all means go there. If you want something you can actually drink, go elsewhere. Bad customer service and bad coffee.

This Dunkin' Donuts is the worst I have ever visited. I waited over half an hour for my bagel sandwich, during which time the staff were playing on their phones in the corner and even got into an argument over making the food. After 30 minutes, I requested a refund which took another 10 minutes because they were so busy. There were only 3 people working, and there were 10 cars in the drive-through and another 8 customers inside, all waiting for their food. As I left, the person in front of me threw out their food because it was burnt and cold. Don't bother wasting your time here.

Our favorite spot in Plattsburgh, we always stop for an iced coffee before returning to Montreal.

The service and food at this restaurant were awful. They definitely need a new manager.

I have been here three times, and each time they have forgotten my order. I understand that I may not be their top priority and I am willing to be patient, but at the very least, get my order right.
