Trattoria Dolce Sosta - Plattling

To keep it short: long drive (8 hours for 500 km), finally arrived. found at tripadvisor, good reviews. table reserved, all tables already occupied since live hooking was announced. if we could come 1 hour later? ok, we had hunger, but wanted to try this trattoria. then the first disappointment: the antipasti plate was served, large plate, two small plates, which sat next to us, had the same plate, but two rectangular, elongate plates. but didn't want to taste it and read it to us.Then the pizza was served my mannes, over half an hour before my order (spanferkel with grilled vegetables from live hooking). we had to ask 2x where my food remained. the serviererin didn't know anything about it, as a colleague had taken up the order that served my mannes pizza and whispered to me that my food would come soon. but then they no longer look. I then called the other waiter again later to tell her that I don't want to eat anymore, because my man was already finished 20 minutes with his pizza. at once the cook with my food stood behind the servierine. I told him the same thing and added that I would like to have eaten with my husband, not after him. there said the cook, but that was prepared with a lot of love, moreover it would be very difficult to serve both at the same time. I answered, I am also cooked and know very well that this is possible. you shouldn't have served the pizza so early. to not fight with my man, because he was all embarrassed and he asked me to accept that, I accepted it! I ate, paid and gone. I can only say, no organization. can you really not serve pizza and pork with grill vegetables? then you can't organize something like this if it's too much work. can it be that they chose the wrong one? I will not eat there again. a little apologise for forgetting my eating would have been more honest and credible and it might have come to a second visit. a small geste for this miserable service, e.g. apéritif on cost of the house was also not. I don't go there anymore.

The best choice when it comes to italian! small, very atmospheric restaurant with cosy veranda and - in the wamren season - ingenious, large outdoor terrace (heated - with outdoor kitchen for occasional show-Cooking). the food is excellent, authentic and with passion cooked - the standard card is one must, but also the daily specialties to which you can refer charmingly via tables must be observed: Italian cuisine, fine, especially and always with fresh ingredients - naturally according to regional and seasonal asspects! stuff always super-friendly, attentive and just pretty cool!
