Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Platteville

The customer service and food at this restaurant are both excellent. As a mixed-race couple, we've encountered some unfriendly customers here, but we recognize that this can happen anywhere. Despite that, we really enjoy dining at this restaurant and will definitely return because of the quality service and delicious food.

I've attempted to order the dip cone three times, and it consistently disappoints. They never put enough dip on it for it to actually harden. I'm not sure if it's the dip itself or how the staff has been trained, but I wouldn't recommend getting the dip cone at this location.

I stopped by for lunch, and the food was fantastic! The staff was very helpful, and the ice cream was delicious.

The ice cream here was very good. About what you'd expect for a Dairy Queen, but that wasn't a bad thing by any means. It was also nice that it was right next to the hotel we were staying at, so it was very convenient for us to go to.

Treat myself to a special vanilla sundae with caramel and pecans. The pecans had a sprinkle of salt that tickles my taste buds. I really enjoy the simple pleasures of treats at this space. My sundae was delicious as always the cashiers are great. Iwanted to sit out and enjoy my treat but the workmen were present upgrading the umbrella table. ????
