The place is very well maintained and the staff is very friendly and accomodating. If you're looking for a place to stay and enjoy this is the one you're looking for. The price is cheap but the place and room is cleaned they have also hot and cold shower, tv, wifi and restaurant so you don't need to go out. Its a complete package for you to stay!

The rooms were decent although it is small for what you paid for. The water pressure was not strong enough. The breakfast was good enough and there are few other meal choices. The staff were very helpful.

Dinner was great. Had the most horrible night in the more expensive deluxe room with roosters outside calling throughout the night meaning I got no sleep. The attendant in the morning mentioned its due to the neighbour in an abandoned building and they have no control. However they told me they knew that it was habitted by a man, wife and still proceeded to offer the room which was directly the closest without telling me the risk of being kept awake by these personal and their roosters. Just highly disappointed that it was clearly an issue the hotel has and I was offered the room right next to the problem without communicating the issue. And obviously being kept awake all night despite paying the more expensive price. No refund or any offer was given to me for the inconvenience either in the morning. just that they would tell the manager which does nothing for me. Still charged full price despite all this and no sleep.

Do not stay here. Service was terrible. Room not cleaned for 4 days. When asked to clean they said yes but on return later that night it still had not been cleaned. Shower did not work. Noisy people having parties in room late at night. Asked for a refund as we wished to move to another hotel to which we were told it could not be done till someone in a managerial position was available to authorise it. In other words we could not leave were forced to stay another 2 days. When we did receive our refund security guard walked into view and flashed his gun at me. Absolutely terrible place to stay. No professionalism and the worst service I've ever experienced. DO NOT STAY HERE.
