The cheese course has become quite pricey considering what you receive. Unfortunately, the service at this location left much to be desired. There was a strong smell of chlorine, and my friend, who is allergic to it, inquired about the source. The cashier made a face and began speaking in Spanish, not realizing that we understood her. She commented, "I wonder how clean her house is..." This was incredibly rude, especially since it was a matter of health rather than being picky. Overall, the service was disappointing. Additionally, the sandwich was very small and quite expensive.
I found online that the restaurant closes at 7:30 PM, so I arrived 30 minutes before closing time, only to be told that they were already closed. This didn't make any sense to me. I called to ask why I couldn't place a takeout order half an hour before closing, but the person who answered the phone couldn't provide an explanation. He had limited English skills and ended up hanging up on me in the middle of the conversation. I definitely won't be returning. Instead of hiring staff who may not communicate well in English and provide poor customer service for low wages, I suggest they focus on hiring people who can effectively communicate and do the job right.
19 for half a sandwich and a cup of soup that tastes worse than panera bread! Horrible place. We work hard for our money and the staff there will happily take it and give you horrible service. This place deserves to be shut down or be relocated to L.A.where everything is boujee and no one knows what a dollar is worth
This place used to be awesome. During the pandemic, they raised the prices. $50 for a board with two meats and two cheeses. It?s kind of insulting. But I?m not here to complain about the prices. I actually came here to complain about the staff. They areabsolutely miserable, never smile, stare blankly when I ask simple questions, and are just generally unfriendly and unhelpful.It?s like they are mad about having to work. I?m sure other people would be happy to do this job. I don?t get it. They make moreper hour than I did when I had these kinda of jobs. Back then we were lucky to make $8 an hour to do more work. None of thestaff has a basic grasp on English either. Diversity is fine, but being able to communicate with English speaking customersseems like a basic qualification. Maybe the owner of this cheese course has too much business and doesn?t need to retaincustomers. I?m not sure, but I am sure I won?t be back until they can get back to a basic standard of service.
