Panera Bread - Plantation

I visit this restaurant occasionally, as it’s just a 17-minute drive from my home and only 5 minutes from my office. Today, while working from home, I felt like having the asiago bagel with sausage and scrambled eggs for breakfast. It’s a delicious choice! However, when I got home, I discovered that my order was wrong, which was really frustrating. While they do offer a refund, I feel like they should have also offered me a complimentary breakfast sandwich on my next visit as compensation for the inconvenience. The order bag was neatly rolled and labeled with my details, which makes it even more disappointing. Mistakes happen, but it’s important for a business to show they genuinely care about making things right. The staff was definitely friendly, and the place was clean, but this experience and how the situation was handled leads me to rate it one star lower. They should prioritize customer satisfaction and acknowledge when they’ve caused an inconvenience. On a positive note, my fiancée’s bagel was correct.

This restaurant offers a variety of unique dishes, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. I was served sandwiches with mold covering the entire bread, as well as a baguette that was similarly affected. The chicken tasted old, reminiscent of something that had been in the refrigerator for a week. I've never been served moldy food before, so this was truly a first for me.

Naomi deserves special recognition for her outstanding service today. I encountered an issue while ordering through the app, and she was quick to assist me with professionalism. She went above and beyond to ensure that I didn’t face any further problems. Thank you, Naomi! We’ll definitely be back.

The only thing I ever had a problem with is just waiting for the food, it is really worth the wait I would have to say I would wait for it as long as it takes for them to finish my food I would add the probable order online next time, then it would have been done before I came there

Commercials are better then the actual food...tastes like all was thrown together. Sauces are gross ..sodium overload.. sad because the ingredients are supposed to be fresh. Tastes like any fast food restaurant...And, bathrooms are filthy!! Floors and walls were dirty throughout restaurant and bathroom...Sticky and slippery...
