Jerk Grill Express - Plantation

I wouldn't recommend this place. I paid $20 for an oxtail dinner, and it just wasn't worth it. The oxtail wasn't cleaned properly, and there was a lot of fat on it. The taste was disappointing as well. It doesn't seem like the chef has any Jamaican or island culinary experience. For $20, I expected more than a small portion of subpar oxtail. On the other hand, I highly recommend Donna's Jamaican Restaurant; they truly have the best Jamaican food around!

I thought I'd go to the mall to eat Panda Express or Chick fil A until I came by Jerk Grill. The food looked delicious and authentic. I bought the Ox tail, with white rice and greens. The ox was cooked nicely juicy, tender and tasteful! The 'Grosse' it produces over the white steamed rice was so rich in taste it was a treat! The greens were buttery, not bitter. If you are ready to go beyond the norm, do this here. Will definitely go back to taste their other dishes.

I thought this place was gonna be good and I wanted to support the local island restaurant. I?m vegan and ordered their vegan dish which was not cooked and ordered a kids meal for my son which took 30 min and was under cooked as well. I went back to them about the food and was disregarded after spending so much on their food. I was so disappointed because I was really looking forward to a good meal after working all day. I will never eat here again

I will be disputing with my bank. Just left the mall. Bought 4 meals. We sat in the car and tried to eat it. Horrible!! The rice tasted like it was spoiled or just started spoiling. We threw all 4 meals in the trash. Waste of $42. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!

Lip smacking excellent food I had the coconut salmon and my husband had oxtails very delicious food and the staff were very welcoming and didn?t mind putting extra oxtail gravy. We will definitely be back.
