No customer service skills, I waited in line with my two children and they never greeted me yet my order, they let random people skip me and an order without saying. I just wanted to infiltrate a girl. I wish I could leave 0 Starts

I had an amazing experience with the food of Jerk Grill Express. I enjoyed some of their meals including the oxtail, Ruck Chicken, the festivals are TASTY! I'm from Trinidad, so I know a lot about Curry, and they did a great job in the cured chicken!

Don't do as it is. You got $20 for a bang. OXTAIL DINNER. Not in JAMAICA. And in addition, the oxen tail was not properly cleaned. All the fat on the oxtail. OMG. And the taste was terrible. The chef CANNOT is from Jamaicq or any island. Try terrible and $20 for a small oxtail dinner. I love DONNA's JAMAICAN RESTAURANT that they have the best JAMAICAN FOOD EVA. DONNAS RESTAANT

I thought I'd go to the mall to eat Panda Express or Chick fil A until I came by Jerk Grill. The food looked delicious and authentic. I bought the Ox tail, with white rice and greens. The ox was cooked nicely juicy, tender and tasteful! The 'Grosse' it produces over the white steamed rice was so rich in taste it was a treat! The greens were buttery, not bitter. If you are ready to go beyond the norm, do this here. Will definitely go back to taste their other dishes.

I'm not a newbie to Jamaican oxtail because my husband is Jamaican and I've had it for years. Spent $19 for nothing but fat on my oxtail! It was gross. I didn't have enough to eat..i feel like I spent too much for nothing. Keep this up and y'all will be closed soon enough. Never coming back here again! Stay away. Use your money elsewhere
