Firehouse Subs Plantation

This Firehouse location is really impressive. The person who took our order was very friendly and professional. The food was served quickly and was delicious, as usual. The Coke machine had a perfect mix of flavors.

The Firehouse meatball sub was absolutely amazing! It was cooked fresh to order and served piping hot!

I ordered the bark meat and Cheddar briquette double meat cheese. I'm a big eater and I couldn't finish the half of this sandwich. I put the other half in a toaster oven and added a bit of mayo and I couldn't finish the second half. I was curious what took so long until I took up the bag and realized how hard it was. they really went to the city on double meat / double cheese.

Carlos has horrible customer service and is the reason for this one star review. He got upset because I simply asked for a sauce behind the counter and proceeded to throw the sauce on the bag and say “you’re welcome” sarcastically. He also gave one of the customers who is obviously a regular there a medium Soda instead of a small just because he wanted it so management might want to look into that. Do better Carlos and maybe you won’t be the reason for one star ratings.

Always delicious! The service is excellent and quick! I really love the new hearty dishes that are under 500 calories!
