This Cold Stone location is the best ice cream shop I’ve ever visited! I really appreciated the enthusiasm of the staff. Date of visit: September 19, 2022.

The position is absolutely disgusting! the interior and exterior are so dirty! I wonder who manages this place, because what they want is that the customers sit down and enjoy their ice creams, but it is not possible because it is not enough chairs, trashes are full and everything is dirty. the customer service is bad.

These places were legendary for the ice they serve...now it seems that they are too good to keep the call. Wife wanted to try one of the aromes. was not said because they did not. my order was easy. a taste and 1 free add-in. I asked for the snickers as my interference. what did I get? cheap ice with 2 large pieces of snickers, which were frozen in the middle. too lazy to chop the pieces and mix them into the ice. this is the last time I'm going to visit this location...if I ever visit a location again.

The customer service here is incredibly slow, and they are also lagging behind on something as basic as accepting contactless payments like Apple Pay or Samsung Pay. Additionally, the online ordering process needs significant improvement. If a customer places an order online, they shouldn't have to wait until all in-person customers have been served before their order is even started. This message is directed at the owner or manager: it’s important to embrace technology and streamline operations, especially if finding good staff is a challenge.
