Chick-fil-a - Plantation

I?ve just had one of the worst experiences at Chic Fil A. I ordered through the mobile app and DoorDash delivered it with the wrong order so I called to explain everything and the manager said to come in with the food so I did. I get there and one of the employees were so rude and refused to give me the correct order. She argued with me and wouldn?t even get a manager because they were ?busy?. I wish I got her name; she had my blood boiling. had to get the attention of a manager just to get my food. Mind you, I placed my order at 1:57 and I didn?t get this resolved until 3:05. Never going to this location again.

This Chick-fil-A location was pretty good! The service was really fast and the employees were nice. The food was absolutely delicious as always ?? The reason I 'm giving it 4 stars is because two of the employees that helped give me my order didn 't say my pleasure after I said thank you. I think this was the first time this had ever happened to me and it was really odd.

If it were possible to give zero stars, I would. This was the worst Chick-fil-A experience I've ever had. The cashier, Kennedy, had an attitude the entire time while taking my order, which was incredibly unprofessional. After waiting 30 minutes, our food arrived cold. To make matters worse, it was the wrong order, and we had to wait another 20 minutes for the correct one. In total, it took almost an hour before we were finally able to eat. I definitely do not recommend this location to anyone!

Kennedy, the cashier, had plenty of time to take my order, but the customer service was abysmal. After a 30-minute wait, our food arrived cold, and to top it off, it was the wrong order. We then had to wait another 20 minutes to get it corrected. In total, it took nearly an hour before we could finally eat. I absolutely do not recommend this location to anyone!

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. This is hands down one of the worst Chick-fil-A locations I’ve ever visited. The staff is unprofessional and seems indifferent to the customers. I placed a curbside pickup order at 3:45 PM, but didn’t receive my food until after 4:30 PM. The only explanation I got was that they were very busy. No one reached out to me—neither by email nor phone—or even came outside to update me on my order. I couldn’t get out of the car because I had a baby with me. I also called customer service, but there was no follow-up and no offer of a refund. I never expected such poor customer service from Chick-fil-A.
