Przekaż informację zwrotnąMy family and I dine here regularly, however service and food was poor this evening. When we arrived, host was struggling to take orders and seat tables. We watched him clean our tables while many other team members stood by and watched (servers and managers) and did not offer to assist. Once seated we sat for quite a while without a server. I was facing the kitchen and could see all the same managers and servers standing around simply ignoring our table. I got the attention of one gentleman asking if he knew who our server was and his response is “we are figuring that out”. That same gentleman then came to our table and became our server. It was clear by the lack of this gentleman engagement with our table, he did not wish to take out table. My food arrived with a hair on the plate. The manager came by and apologized saying he was going to be making me a new one. The manager then told my family to continue to eat and that he would catch me up. However that did not happen. I ended up eating dinner without my family- we came out to enjoy a meal without cooking, we can eat separately at home, we do not need to dine out and pay to eat separately. When the server brought the bill, both of the salmons were still on the check. Insult to injury is nothing was even offered to us to compensate that 1. I was served a meal with a hair on it and 2. We were not able to eat dinner as a family. Something was terribly off with this experience and have to say it is unlikely that we will return- which is sad because my daughter asks to come here regularly.

My fiance and I had a great lunch, the Steak salads were perfect. We also had great service.
Went on a Saturday evening. Restaurant was moderately busy but there were a few open tables and two open hitops by the bar which was empty. We had a reservation for two so were seated quickly. We ordered drinks and an appetizer while we looked over the menu. Overheard the table next to us complaining that they have been waiting for over an hour for their food. Not a good omen. They received their food as we placed the order for ours. Drinks and Appetizer arrived soon after we ordered our main meals so we worked on that and the extra bread we asked for. We ordered our main meals about 30 mins after we arrived. Food eventually arrived an hour and 15 mins later. Waiter blamed the kitchen and the number of large groups that were seated throughout the dining room. Manager was no where to be seen. You would think in a time like this he would be working the room and talking to the guests and reassuring them that they were working on it versus hiding in the back from all the guests that were waiting for their food as we weren’t the only table. If the restaurant can’t manage multiple large groups then they shouldn’t seat them or review how the kitchen is staffed. We were getting ready to walk out when our food finally arrived. In the end we just took it home. From an appearance standpoint the food looked no different then Olive Garden. Can’t comment on taste as we will be eating it reheated later in the week. The spinach and artichoke dip appetizer was okay but nothing too special. It’s been a while since we went to Brio as we always found the food overpriced compared to quality with better and more authentic options available in the area. We went this time because of the coupon we received but no coupon was worth this experience. It’s obvious the chain is having problems and trying to get people in with the coupons but in reality they have bigger issues with how they are managing the restaurant in the context of staffing and the number of guests.
We had a 7:15 reservation. Arrived early at bar for drinks and waited awhile for bartender to serve them . We ordered calamari which never arrived because he said order was not put in . The night we arrived there was a party there of at least 20 people which was attended to by at least 3 servers . The host kept disappearing from the front stand and we waited to be seated. After about 5-10 mins waiting we left because the place seemed understaffed and we felt would only makes us upset to wait for our meals .
