The only reason I'm giving it a 5 is for Pam she was a great employee. She go beyond what she is required. It sucks the store manager don't care about her employee. She will get mad if you call out if you have covid . She only cares about her self . ButPam is great
Pam at the front was incredible! She was so sweet, and her genuine kindness truly made my day. She deserves a raise! It was such a refreshing experience overall. I’d give it 7 out of 5 stars!
Worst customer service ever this place has employees who are outside of the store smoking and not doing anything they look at you waiting to be attended and they don?t even care then they walk pass you still waiting and go to the back and act like theydo not see you waiting still Needless to say I left after ten minutes of waiting to be attended to They need to hire people whowant to do actual work
I had a disappointing experience at the restaurant. One of the employees, a man making sandwiches, was working hard, but an older lady in the back was on her cell phone on speaker, talking about her laundry. It was loud enough for all the customers to hear. Instead of assisting her coworker, she seemed more focused on her conversation, which was quite unprofessional. I've attached a picture of my receipt to confirm that I visited your store.
