Machine replaced placing an order with a human. However, the experience wasn't so bad,and the food was prepared by humans.
Mobile order doesn't work past 10pm. I've emailed tech support about it but they don't believe me. Service here is hit or miss. Usually is a long wait for fast food.
Parking: Parking lot is somewhat congested at peak hours
We did a quick stop to eat and it wasn’t pleasant at all. The place inside extremely cold, all tables empty. I plced an irder through the screens and then had to pay at the cashier. All good until then…. They seemed to be busy at the drive thru but not at the restaurant. Waited for our food and realized my burger wasn’t plain and no napkins in the bag. I went to request a plain burger and waited enough for my son to finish his food, my fries got cold and still waiting for my replacement burger. I asked BRIANNA why it was taking so long and explained my son had already finished his food and she eeplied with nasty attitude “as you can see ee are busy” . Her attitude was disrespectful and I had to see how she went around her coworkers to laugh about me and said I was rude. She came qith my burger and when I asked for napkins and sauces she just threw it in the bag with same disrespectful attitude.I asked for the manager at the end and I explained what happened , she apologized but reaffirmed she was looking at everything in the cameras. Cameras by the way located behind the employees so she couldn’t ser their attitude, and what they said to customers.Sorry , sometimes, is not enough. I had to eat cold food being disappointed and hearing my son telling how this employee was telling the manager how rude I was. Unfortunate choice to stop in this location to eat.
