Kfc - Plant City

I usually get takeout from KFC since I grew up enjoying their food. It's the best greasy chicken I've ever had, and I always stick with the original recipe.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. David was extremely professional and polite. What really stood out to me was how, at the end of my visit, he approached me with a takeout box for my leftovers without me having to ask. That truly made my day, and I hope he gets recognized for his excellent service. Many customers are quick to leave reviews for poor service, but few take the time to acknowledge great service. Thank you, David, and I hope to see you again on my next visit to KFC.

The service was outstanding! The drive-thru staff was quick and friendly. The gentleman was very efficient and allowed us to add to our order without any hassle. The food was delicious! Keep up the great work; I will definitely be returning. Thank you!

This is the worse place I ever been in plant city the manager she was rude and we didn?t get everything we asked for and paid for no gravy and no biscuits and we paid more to get more sides I will never go back to this place at all McDonald?s is betterthan they are

Worst experience ever order wasn't even close to what I ordered and paid for. When I called the manager he gave many excuses as to why the order was wrong and said if I wanted to drive another 20 min back he would replace what was missing wouldn't replaceit tomorrow . Told him I couldn't make another 20 min drive at 7pm in the rain. What a waste of $28.00 and still had to makedinner, wasn't enough to feed my family. Go to McDonald's next time
