China One - Plant City

I’ve been going to china one for years and they used to have fresh food and tasty food with love. Now, every time I get it, it’s all dry. It’s like they have left overs from days ago and think “good enough” and put it out to eat. Disgusting! There’s always a 75% chance that the meat is dry, which wasn’t a problem years ago. They gone down hill or just stopped caring, I’m tired of getting dry inedible food from days ago. I got a quart of sweet and sour chicken and couldn’t even eat 75% of the box! It was way too hard and dry! I don’t think I’m ever going to that place anytime soon again. Sad, they used to be my favorite. Expect dry food if you want take out

The food is okay. The customer service is not pleasant. The only time the customer service is decent is when the kids are working. I am searching for a new location to order Chinese food because I don’t want to spend money where I’m not respected.

I actually had this order Ubered to me. But I still gave them 5 stars for atmosphere. This was my 1st order from China One. I ordered the Chicken Lo Mein combo with Fried Rice and eggroll. Also ordered steamed dumplings. My friend and I thought the food was VERY tasty. I forgot to ask for duck sauce, but I will remember next time. The portions, taste and temperature were very well. We are happy with the food. I would order from here again. Thank you China One and MERRY CHRISTMAS!

Every time we go, it's hit or miss with the taste of the food.
