Burger King - Plant City

This Burger King lived up to its standards. The ordering process was smooth, there was a great synergy among the staff, and the food was as fresh as fast food can be. However, when I visited another Burger King two days later, it did not meet my expectations at all.

This planning city location on james redman parkway had a fast efficient drive-thru, eating was quite good. not in the list of the best Burger kings I have visited, certainly not the worst. only the complaint is a little language barrier with the cash.

Personal super friendly! eat in the regular fresh! beyond mcdonald’s, so we can enjoy our fast line while sitting and eating at night.

My dietary coke tasted terrible. it was difficult to get the attention of the opponent. I complained about the taste of my dietary coke and explained that the machine only broke out coke syrup. I was just looking at the team. no customer service at its location planning city, fl.

It was awful I got in the car line waited in line to be waited on it was not moving got out of line went inside this store to place my order in the restaurant waited about 10 minutes, they were not waiting on the people in the store they were only focusing on the people in car line. Finally they waited on the guy in front of me and another guy and then made me wait at least 15 more minutes before they waited on me and some other customers was not friendly at all very rude lady that waited on us, the only reason I continue to wait was that I had some coupons for dinner for there for that night next time those coupons will not matter... Not looking forward to going back there again I should have went across the street to McDonald's..
