Arby's - Plant City

The only time I ordered a beef and cheddar, it came with a slice of cheddar cheese instead of the melted cheddar. I have no idea what’s going on with that place, but I will never go back again.

My experience tonight was quite strange. It felt like the three or four managers and six or seven employees were all on autopilot. The atmosphere seemed entirely different from my visit a few months ago. I really hope we can have that cheerful and engaging team back. Aside from the cooks, it seemed like the only one putting in an effort was Joccelyn, although she seemed to be in a bit of a slump. Hopefully, my next visit will feel less awkward.

I am not a regular Arby's customer. When I get a hankering for a over packed meat sannich I'm there ordering a gyro or two. Granted I cannot make a comparison to other locations. However, I can affirm the crew at this location are outstanding. Thefacility always looks well maintained and clean.

This is the best Arby's for me. My food is always hot, and the staff is quick and polite. However, I’m really disappointed that you discontinued my favorite salad. I loved that salad! So, I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5. Please bring back the salad, Arby's!

Went in to get my daughter a happy meal and right before walking i saw a posted note, only accepting cash due to national coin shortage went in and ask if the note was still valid and was told yes by one of the crew who seemed to be a manager. Afterwalking out the same gentleman came and got me and offered my daughter a happy meal and also provided me a drink. Veryoutstanding crew and high five ???? for the great deeds they do on a daily basis. That 's my favorite restaurant from now on.This kind of act will never be forgotten.
